There are general flight plans for the flights in this download, but if you want to create your own routes I recommend Routefinder
Inside each package you will find additional files for a program called Flight Operation Center 2003 (FOC 2003). This is a
very powerful program for creating schedules and flight plans and also can import actual NAT (North Atlantic Tracks) routes.
